Ana del Rocío, Senior Director

Ana del Rocío is a strategist and social movement leader with 18 years of experience advancing racial justice and democracy.
She joins Branch4 after serving as Strategic Advisor for Learning & Programs at Meyer Memorial Trust. In that role, she supported justice-centered grantmaking and led the implementation of an ecosystem approach to learning and evaluation. Previously, she served as executive director of Oregon Futures Lab, working to build a reflective and accountable local government.
Ana began her career in education and public policy and has served in elected office, giving her a deep understanding of how community power, public institutions, and governance intersect.
At Branch4, Ana is responsible for aligning fundraising with programmatic growth, and helping design the long-term infrastructure required to scale Branch4’s impact. Her work helps ensure that our efforts are sustainably resourced to deliver the change communities need.
She is based in Portland, Oregon.
